Pig manure containing 15 percent organic matter , total nutrient content is not high , from 0.5 to 0.6% nitrogen , 0.45 to 0.5% phosphorus , potassium and 0.35 to 0.45 %. Pig texture finer , more complex components , including proteins , fats, organic acids, cellulose, hemicellulose and inorganic salts. More manure containing nitrogen , carbon and nitrogen smaller proportion ( 14: 1 ), generally easy to be decomposed by microorganisms , released for crop uptake and utilization of nutrients.
